Stop running your band
from a group chat

GreenRoom is one app for gigs, setlists, coordination, and payouts — built for working musicians who need things to actually work on gig day.

No spam. One email when we launch.

Sound familiar?

The pre-gig text chain
Three group chats, a Dropbox link nobody can find, and someone asking what time load-in is again.
Setlist version control
Two people showing up with different setlists. One was updated at midnight. Nobody knows which is right.
The payout conversation
Someone has to do the math, remind people what they're owed, and follow up when Venmo never arrives.
Every weekend, same thing
None of this is hard to fix. It just needs one place that everyone actually uses.
Setlists
One setlist.
Everyone sees the same one.

Build your setlist from your song library. Attach it to a gig. Every band member opens the same version — no PDFs, no screenshots, no "wait, which one did you send?"

Gig Management
All your gig details.
One place.

Date, time, venue, setlist, payout. Create a gig in under a minute and your whole band sees it immediately. No forwarding, no copy-paste, no follow-up texts.

Payments & Payouts
Everyone knows
what they're owed.

Log what the gig pays and define the split. Every member sees their cut the moment you save it. No spreadsheets, no mental math, no awkward follow-up texts the next week.

Band Coordination
Clear roles.
No permission drama.

Owners run the band. Managers handle logistics. Members stay in the loop. Three roles that reflect how bands actually work — nobody stepping on each other, nobody locked out of what they need.

A few things
people ask.

Can I try it before paying?+

Yes. GreenRoom is free until you do something real with it. Set up your profile, create your band, invite your members. The paywall only triggers when you add your first gig or payout — the moment the app actually earns it.

Is it available on iOS and Android?+

Yes. GreenRoom is built for both platforms simultaneously. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when it hits your app store.

My band doesn't really use setlists. Is this still useful?+

Yes. Setlists are one part of GreenRoom, not the whole thing. If you call songs on the fly but still need to coordinate gig details and track payouts, the rest of the app works independently.

What if I play in multiple bands?+

At launch, each account supports ownership of one band. You can join other bands as a free member. Multi-band ownership is on the roadmap.

When does GreenRoom launch?+

GreenRoom is in final development now. Join the waitlist and we'll send one email when it's live — nothing else.

Your band deserves better
than a group chat.
